These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Member", "Player") and km789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the km789 online gaming platform available at https://km789.lat and any associated mobile applications, APIs, or services provided by km789.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by km789 prior to approving withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on km789, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

2. You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a proxy, agent, or representative of any third party.

You are strictly limited to one (1) registered account on km789. The creation of multiple accounts by single individual is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

km789 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, members are required to complete the following verification steps:

1. Identity Verification: Submission of a clear, valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian NRIC / MyKad, passport, or driving licence).

• Wagers are considered void and will be refunded if a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the minimum play time required for results to stand, as defined in the applicable sports betting rules.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error on a sports betting market, km789 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the km789 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension,feiture of funds, and potential referal to law enforcement authorities:

• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been successfully transferred to your km789 account and used for wagering.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without express written authorisation from km789.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km789 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winings, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, even if km789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data loss, or disruption of service beyond km789's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.

km789's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the Member's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

km789 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Upon account closure for cause, km789 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Member (net of any outstanding amountsowed to km789) following completion of all required verification and investigation procedures, which may take up to 30 business days.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting customer support. All pending withdrawals and wagering requirements must be settled prior to closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao (the jurisdiction in which km789 holds its international gaming licence), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.

km789 does not represent or warrant that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific country or jurisdiction outside of Curaçao. Members are solely responsible for ensuring their access to and use of km789 is consistent with applicable local laws.

km789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, km789 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the km789 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
